datetime 변환 시 format을 직접 지정하면 오류가 나고,

format = 'mixed'로 수정해서 진행하면 오류가 나지 않습니다.

2) mixed가 의미하는 게 무엇인지

궁금합니다!

(참고로 format에는 T와 .f를 넣었다 뺐다 해서 실험해봤는데도 계속 오류가 납니다)
