미세먼지 값 120 넘으면 빨강, 그렇지 않으면 검정 색상으로 하려고 코드 작성했는데 아무리 보아도... 틀린 부분이 없는 것 같아서

계속 검은색으로만 뜨는데왜 그럴까요? ㅠㅠ
