console창에 '요청을 잘 받았습니다'라는 메시지가 떠야하는데 저는 아무것도 뜨지않고

이런 메시지가 떠요

파이썬파일을 저장하고 브라우저창을 새로고침하고 버튼도 눌렀는데 왜 안나오는지 모르겠어요.
