4주차 숙제까지 끝낸 app.py파일 코드인데요. 잘 작동되는걸 확인하고 프로그램을 닫고 다시 열었더니

이미 사용중인 포트번호라고 뜹니다. 이런 문제가 자주 발생하는데 포트번호를 바꿔도 될까요? 다른 해결방법은 없을까요?
